This not only means that the chamois won't move, but you'll experience fewer jarring vibrations when riding. Dhalla Road Shorts also incorporate strategically placed Velocitek panels. This is a polyester and spandex stretch mesh that's tightly knitted as to provide excellent structure and moisture management. Hincapie utilizes a flat comfort waistband on these shorts so they'll stay in place without binding, grabbing, or pinching. It's a two-layer fabric where the cut of the pattern functions as part of the grip, thus making a hidden elastic band unnecessary.
